Gavin Askew

Gavin Askew is currently the ‘Head of 5th Partner’ in the Programme & Project Partnership (PPP) at Sellafield Ltd. This is a 20 year collaborative relationship between four off Lot Partners and Sellafield Ltd (5th Partner) to deliver a portfolio of Major Projects on the Sellafield site. The portfolio has an overall contract value of £7Bn. 

Gavin has held several senior Programme and Project positions within the Sellafield Ltd organisation over the last 25 years, across diverse areas of the business including; Major Projects, Waste Retrievals & Decommissioning, Fuel Manufacturing and Business Improvements. 

A Chartered Engineer, Chartered Project Professional and a fully qualified practitioner in Managing Successful Programmes (MSPTM), he has a track record for managing and delivering programmes and projects safely; to quality, time and cost.

Gavin was born in Workington and now lives in Cockermouth with his wife Sally.
